At Thapsus Marine Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, marine electronics or boat equipment must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items that show signs of installation, use, or damage not caused by our error may not qualify for a refund.
Certain products are non-returnable, including custom-ordered equipment, special-order marine electronics, downloadable software, activated licenses, and items damaged due to improper installation or misuse. For safety and compliance reasons, we also do not accept returns on hazardous materials or products exposed to water, corrosion, or electrical modification after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value marine electronics, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
